This exquisite mansion is really one in a million 😍 Every detail from the material selection to the craftsmanship has been meticulously thought out and I can’t wait to see the final design. Some of the changes I was able to note: ~ The Fendi inspired gate has now been fixed at the entrance of the house. All the hard work that went into crafting the gate is fitting for this mansion..it gives a sense of luxury ~ The going green initiative has definitely leveled up . From the last video you still hadn’t planted the grass near the entrance opposite the gate,some part of the perimeter wall and also behind the gazebo. Right now there is so much greenery and it adds on to the element of nature. I love how the plants and flowers have grown in that little corner near the sculpture…they really do add a pop of color ~The addition of more steps from the front of the yard leading you to the gazebo were previously not there. ~in the front farcade..the pillars at the end have been painted with a beautiful gray color that blends so well with the shapes and textures..it’s giving simplicity and luxury. There are so many details here like the excellent molding work at the base and tops of the pilllars which looks so elegant and welcoming . The walls also have beautiful textures that blend so well with the warm tones ~the door leading to the house has such a beautiful vintage bronze color and exquisite handcrafted details. This is why I love Fine urban for using the best experts and materials to make sure everything comes out precise . I love how the design of this door continues to let in the natural light..it looks so beautiful especially when it hits those floor tiles ~The cabinetry and shelving for some of the rooms has been added…this includes the room on the ground floor,the space in between the living room and kitchen,the 2 rooms on the first floor and also the master bedroom and office. ~the skylight ceiling has now been framed and painted ~ the living room and game room now have a beautiful gypsum design on the ceiling. From your previous video posted 1 month ago, i noticed you had not installed the sliding gate . It was actually being on final stages of crafting. Also noted the perimeter wall had not yet been fully done , but on this video , i can see a beautiful Fendi design gate has been installed and it's operational and the Perimeter wall is now completely done. This structural change not only provides a protective barrier but also defines the property barrier. 3.From your previous video posted, posted one month Ago , i didn't see a door when Cynthia entered the mansion, but on this video there's a beautiful Vintage door that has been installed.I love the fact that Fine Urban and Interiors did the craftsmanship of the gate hence promoting local talents. I found myself smiling when Cynthia said it was her first time interacting with the beautiful doors 😊 4.Lets go to the backyard before i forget. You can clearly see a huge difference with the greenery. This has really added a significant value to the rooms and elegance. 6.In this video you can see the Living room has beautiful Gypsum ceiling.The traditional inbuilt fireplace couldn't go unnoticed. This feature adds a touch of elegance and also a source of supplemental heat for this Mansion. It also adds an instant ambiance to the Living room 7.The highlight of this house for me is the master bedroom, just to mention a few features that really made me fall in love. The master bedroom is so spacious with a simple a simple gypsum design. I also noticed a customised kitchenette is another structural feature that was added in the master bedroom. This feature will provide a small space especially for people who like late nights enjoyment or a drink time to time. Also you can easily stock out your small fridge with snacks that you want the kids to stay out of. This for me was an excellent addition.The huge walk-in closet adds a touch of luxury and also provides ample storage space and allows for easy organisation and access to all your clothes and shoes.The attention to detail is amazing and it makes this house stylish, modern and timeless.This is one feature that i must add when building my home. 8. The two large sculptures originally placed near the dining or family room have been relocated to the backyard of the palatial home. 2. The gazebo's roofing has been noticeably upgraded and furnished compared to its previous state. 3. A small corridor in the common bathroom area now features a new addition-a shoe rack, enhancing functionality. 4. The installation of the Fendi gate marks a significant enhancement since the last video when it was still undergoing crafting. 5. The living room has undergone a transformation with the seamless tiling, adding a touch of luxury and class that was missing before. The updates in this home reflect a commitment to luxury and functionality, evident from the immaculate spiral staircase to the lush greenery in the backyard. Hello guys. After through and complete comparison of this beautiful mega mansion. I have these five well chosen points to put across. Get a good look at our mega mansion perimeter wall and tell me if you won't notice the huge difference. Five months ago you couldn't tell but because it's fine urban real estate construction and interiors limited it has turned out fine with the Versace Versace design gate. Which is made from scratch. If you are a passer by and you walked close to that Mega mansion 5 months ago and you happen to again pass by now you'll notice two things the stainless steel handrails at the balcony and the huge glass sliding doors. The spiral staircase case is almost complete and a very unique structure in the house. It's design is completely unique and five months ago we couldn't access the upper floors of the house through that but if you look at it now.❤❤❤its amazing The skylight. I love me a house that is well lit amd the well framed skylight just by the look of it now it's very attractive you couldn't have imagined that five months ago but then again we dealing with fine urban real estate construction and interiors. Last i will give it the tall six guys at the entrance. Those huge massive sky climbing columns are definition of perfect. Those columns.
